Key Responsibilities

•Define customer business problems in a technical context and lead deals through the sales process using Cisco and partner tools.
•Refine and research technical requirements of opportunities and define solution options with clear benefits of Cisco solutions.
•Lead research of potential competitive offerings for the proposed solution and develop PoC with labs, including results documentation.
•Develop customer presentation materials and lead presentations, including white-boarding and technical demonstrations.
•Coordinate with headquarters development, services, and technical support to ensure successful deployment and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience as a systems engineer
•Pre-Sales experience
•Native-level Japanese speaking/writing; English is a plus
•Programming/scripting skills preferred
•Strong collaboration and project management skills
