Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the end-to-end strategic roadmap and delivery for enterprise technical capabilities, ensuring modernization, scalability, and alignment with business growth priorities.
  • •Implement enterprise technology best practices and automation to effect change management, including cyber, tech, and data risk initiatives.
  • •Own executive communications on delivery status, program risk, and long-term architectural decisions to drive enterprise-wide technology alignment.
  • •Establish and scale TPM best practices, governance frameworks, and OKR-based performance models adopted across multiple domains.
  • •Mentor and develop TPM leaders, decompose complex problems into practical solutions, and ensure quality of technical design and implementation.

Salary: USD 245,100 - 279,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a technical field
  • •At least 9 years of experience managing technical programs
  • •Experience designing and building solutions using distributed computing or service-oriented architecture (SOA)
  • •Experience building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing services/architecture (preferably AWS)
  • •Experience delivering large and complex programs with cross-functional teams and contributing to technical/business vision
