Job Summary

Own the supply chain data analytics strategy, translating business objectives into data-collection, analysis, and interpretation processes. Serve as the liaison between supply chain business teams and analytics experts to design solutions that improve supply chain performance. Lead Supply Chain Analytics project execution, including UAT, training, deployment, and change request management, and drive operational excellence through automation and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement an analytics strategy, defining objectives, selecting tools/methodologies, and establishing data collection and interpretation processes.
•Coordinate with business and analytics teams to build solutions addressing supply chain challenges and optimizing operations.
•Oversee deployment of tactical, financial, and operational plans and drive technical data delivery to ensure project success.
•Lead UAT, training, deployment, and change request management for Supply Chain Analytics projects, engaging stakeholders throughout execution.
•Drive change management and operational excellence through automation, identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing streamlined solutions.

Key Requirements

•12–15 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Engineering or equivalent.
•Strong project management experience leading complex, cross-functional programmes from initiation through implementation against timelines, budgets, and objectives.
•PMP certification or formal project management training (highly desirable).
•Strong demand planning or supply planning background with end-to-end supply chain process expertise, including preferred experience in Make-to-Order environments.
•Experience managing and improving key supply chain metrics such as OTIF, hold management, revenue fulfilment, customer service levels, inventory performance, and supply continuity.
