Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and develop new business opportunities in the United States, Canada, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
  • •Build and strengthen strategic relationships with brands and clients across the region, translating commercial opportunities into execution plans.
  • •Design sourcing strategies aligned to business growth objectives and connect market needs with production and supply capabilities.
  • •Lead speed-to-market and nearshoring initiatives to improve regional competitiveness and drive collaboration across commercial, sourcing, planning, and manufacturing teams.
  • •Provide strategic regional vision for the textile/apparel market, identify trends and expansion opportunities, and promote sustainability and regulatory compliance across the supply chain.

Key Requirements

  • •More than 8 years of experience in the textile, apparel, or related manufacturing industry.
  • •Proven experience in business development, commercial growth, or strategic key account/client management.
  • •Director or Senior Manager level experience with regional responsibility.
  • •Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing, sourcing, and regional supply chains, including experience working with U.S. customers/markets.
  • •Fluency in English and Spanish.
