Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership and management guidance to the nursing team in the OPD.
  • •Ensure evidence-based patient care practices are followed according to clinical standards.
  • •Develop employees and create an environment that enables team engagement to improve patient experiences.
  • •Manage allocated clinical and non-clinical resources cost efficiently to enhance safe patient care.
  • •Monitor and manage compliance with legislative, regulatory, and clinical standards to support continuous quality improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing from a recognised/accredited Nursing Institute.
  • •At least 3–5 years’ senior nursing experience, preferably in OPD.
  • •At least five years of senior nursing leadership experience.
  • •Demonstrate implementation of all five stages of the Scientific Nursing Process (assessment, planning, nursing diagnosis, implementation, evaluation).
  • •Knowledge of UAE Labour Law, UAE healthcare regulatory framework, and cost management principles.
