Key Responsibilities

  • •Improve agent functionality across interaction design, tool use, context handling, orchestration, reliability, and model behavior.
  • •Optimize simulation pipelines to increase throughput, remove bottlenecks, and improve efficiency for large or repeated runs.
  • •Build evaluation harnesses and supporting architecture to make agent and simulation capabilities testable, reproducible, and easier to improve.
  • •Prototype and evaluate promising company bets through focused experiments, then help scale the ideas that merit further investment.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and GTM teams (e.g., Deployment) to ensure new capabilities are usable, supportable, and dependable in real workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong general software engineering fundamentals and the ability to work across layers when needed.
  • •Comfort with loosely specified problems and turning ambiguity into the smallest useful experiment.
