Job Summary

Lead end-to-end NPI software project management for Honeywell's initiatives, driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver complex projects on time and with high quality. Mentor engineers, optimize processes, and ensure successful deployment of SaaS-based solutions from planning through adoption, reporting to the GBE Program Management Leader at the Atlanta, GA site on a hybrid/onsite schedule.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage NPI Software Project Management end to end, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive project plans.
•Drive Key regional expansion programs, Upgrade/Migrate plan for Existing Install Base, driving key strategic customer pilot programs end to end for Proof of Value demonstration.
•Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex engineering challenges.
•Collaborate with offering, software deployment leaders to ensure to update periodically the business NPI software scorecard with global and regional breakdown for connected applications NPI.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
•Minimum of 6 years of experience in advanced NPI Project management and NPI Product Development, demonstrating a consistent record of success in managing complex projects, software deployment, business management, managing SaaS based projects, customer funded projects.
•Expert knowledge of engineering principles and project management methodologies.
•Proficiency in project management tools and software, with a focus on optimizing project delivery.
•Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex engineering problems effectively.
