•Oversee development and execution of operating plans, including employee development, organizational goals, and member/provider relations targets.
•Establish criteria for measuring and assessing the success/performance of each component of operation.
•Ensure appropriate provider network is developed and maintained.
•Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders to educate providers and consumers on necessary topics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 207,000 - 392,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in related field required; Master’s Degree preferred
•7+ years of senior level managed care experience, preferably as a plan operating officer and/or executive director
•Experience in managed care and/or Medicaid
•Previous management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff
•Strong ability to develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to drive growth and financial performance
