Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a high-performing cross-functional team spanning digital, demand generation, content strategy, and campaign execution.
•Own the EMEA content and campaign narrative, including messaging houses and modular, deployable content bills of materials.
•Lead EMEA demand generation across self-serve and sales-assist audiences with repeatable programs tied to pipeline and revenue.
•Orchestrate market launches and flagship campaigns by translating global narratives into market-ready messaging, toolkits, and channel plans.
•Scale execution with AI-driven workflows for faster research, drafting, localization, and asset iteration; measure results and refine using funnel insights.

Key Requirements

•12+ years in B2B marketing, including meaningful experience owning both content/narrative and demand generation in a high-growth or enterprise SaaS environment.
•Proven people leadership experience building, managing, and developing multi-disciplinary marketing teams.
•Ability to create messaging houses and scalable toolkits, with coaching and strong customer empathy.
•Hands-on demand generation experience optimizing paid, email, webinar, and outbound programs with funnel metrics and revenue attribution.
•Demonstrated AI fluency using AI tools and designing workflows for a team, not just curiosity.
