Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor to individuals and businesses through the Key Private Client Program, building a comprehensive view of client financial needs and delivering tailored financial wellness recommendations. Grow relationships by creating referral pipelines, providing investment and insurance solutions, opening personal and business accounts, and partnering with branch and line-of-business teams. Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit requirements and support branch transactions as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver customized financial wellness recommendations by assessing client needs, gathering and documenting client data, and referring investment and insurance products.
•Build and maintain a client referral pipeline through prospecting, developing centers of influence, and documenting calling efforts.
•Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products/services and competitive offerings to support meaningful client conversations.
•Open personal and business accounts and support branch operations, including assisting with teller-line transactions as needed.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED (or equivalent experience) and experience developing new and existing customer relationships while achieving sales goals and building insurance and investment referral sources.
•Foundational knowledge of client sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and ask fact-finding questions to be helpful.
•Demonstrated experience influencing business partners and leveraging centers of influence (e.g., Key Investment Services, Mortgage, Business Banking sales professionals).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office such as Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing).
