Own end-to-end processes for new ingredient requests, acting as a gatekeeper between product, culinary, procurement, and local/international stakeholders. Lead project management from feasibility to onboarding, ensuring critical paths and standardized workflows are followed. Identify cross-market sourcing opportunities, coordinate SKU onboarding and development, and support cost savings and SKU catalog optimization across markets to improve customer experience.
