Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and foster relationships while sourcing commercial lending opportunities.
  • •Analyze commercial lending requests, including working capital lines of credit, term loans, and owner-occupied real estate loans.
  • •Conduct due diligence by analyzing borrower and guarantor financial statements to determine credit fit and credit facility terms.
  • •Prepare investment analysis and written credit presentations, and gather additional information needed for initial decisions and credit presentations.
  • •Guide credit requests through internal review and assist with closing; manage, support, coach, and train employees and participate in interviewing and performance evaluations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6-8 years of experience in commercial lending, including valuation, asset management, and financial analysis.
  • •B.A. degree in finance or related field and/or related work experience.
  • •Knowledge of compliance with state and federal regulations including Regulation Z, Regulation B, Fair Housing Act, HMDA, RESPA, FCRA, BSA/USA PATRIOT Act, AML/CIP, RFPA, and CRA.
  • •General knowledge of loan documentation, collateral analysis, and financial statements.
  • •Proficiency with spreadsheets (Word, Excel, Argus) and familiarity with Moody’s analysis systems; familiarity with nCino system is preferred.
