MIU MIU Client Advisor

Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience by placing clients at the center, understanding their needs, and serving as a brand ambassador for Prada/Miu Miu. Promote the brand philosophy and values, achieve individual and store sales and KPI targets, and provide high-quality service both in-store and via e-commerce. Maintain client relationships using the company CRM, host appointments (in-person or virtual), handle client complaints, and support store operations and stock management.
