Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute, service, and detail assigned special events from the Special Event Order through on-site operations.
  • •Provide administrative support to the Special Events Sales team and manage internal/external correspondence and departmental files.
  • •Coordinate operational setup and breakdown, including equipment and rental needs, and partner with Production on event production aspects.
  • •Serve as liaison between clients, venue, and internal LN team members throughout the event, including conducting site inspections and pre-shift communication.
  • •Handle event accounting and post-event tasks: deposits/payments, accounts receivable follow-ups, settlement and POS billing, and completion of party recap sheets and receipts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 52,000 - 65,000

Key Requirements

  • •1 to 3 years’ experience in the hospitality industry.
  • •Working knowledge of computers (Excel, Word, databases).
  • •Basic mathematical skills.
  • •Entry-level knowledge of restaurant and music hall operations and food preparation.
