Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate end-to-end SKU lifecycle execution, including creation, extension, and end-of-life/inactivations.
  • •Serve as the operational SPOC for SKU requests from Offering Managers and partner with MDM and action owners to complete required steps.
  • •Track and drive closure of open requests using structured SLA management, proactively removing blockers and escalating risks.
  • •Support governance and continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and proposing process simplifications and standardization.
  • •Enable the community through training, office hours, and documentation to improve first-time-right submissions and reduce cycle time.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •4+ years of experience in Product Operations, Master Data, Supply Chain/Operations, Offering/Portfolio Operations, or a related role.
  • •Working knowledge of SAP master data concepts and lifecycle activities (advantage).
  • •Experience coordinating cross-functional workflows and driving closure of action items across multiple stakeholders.
  • •Strong analytical skills to interpret dashboards/KPIs and spot data quality issues.
