Job Summary

Support the delivery of large-scale water/wastewater infrastructure projects by coordinating day-to-day project activities on-site in Winnipeg. Assist project managers with progress tracking, reporting, meeting coordination, document control, and logistics. Help maintain site office readiness, manage document revisions and approvals, and coordinate travel accommodations for project team members to keep complex work moving from planning through execution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
•Prior experience in project coordination or a similar role.
•Proficiency in document control systems and strong organizational/time management skills.
