Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure successful onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources.
  • •Participate in joint business planning and review sessions to align Datadog and partner technical teams.
  • •Collaborate internally to support partner technical initiatives including end-customer demos, proofs of value, and partner enablement workshops.
  • •Advocate for partners’ technical concerns with Datadog internal teams to drive resolution.
  • •Analyze partner service offerings regularly and collaborate with product, engineering, and technical services to identify and prioritize improvements for adoption of Datadog features and capabilities.
