Key Responsibilities

  • •Deep-dive into seller and listing behaviors to identify new abuse patterns and translate insights into executable governance strategies using rules, thresholds, and risk scores.
  • •Develop agile offline machine learning models (e.g., XGBoost, Random Forest, anomaly detection) and use clustering to uncover organized bad-actor syndicates.
  • •Define and standardize core seller/listing governance metrics and build/maintain dashboards to visualize risk trends, strategy performance, and operational status.
  • •Design automated monitoring and alert systems that flag anomalies in data.
  • •Track strategy performance by monitoring precision/recall, analyzing false positives, and performing rapid root-cause analysis when metrics fluctuate.

Key Requirements

  • •Be completing or have recently completed a Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Expert-level SQL to work with massive, complex datasets.
  • •Strong experience with BI/dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase) and building clear charts.
  • •Proficient in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn), with hands-on experience using tree-based models (XGBoost/LightGBM) and unsupervised learning (clustering) for risk scoring and segmentation.
  • •Explain complex data trends to non-technical stakeholders (Operations/Policy teams).
