  • •Direct and coordinate engineering project planning, control, integration, and completion for the plant or assigned area.
  • •Manage project phases including technical studies, specifications, technical plans, and product testing to meet scope and objectives.
  • •Coordinate technical developments, scheduling, and resolution of engineering design and test problems; control expenditures within budget limits.
  • •Prepare interim and completion project reports; support factories with functional and technical guidance to minimize production and maintenance problems.
  • •Develop project scope/justification and capital budgets, analyze appropriation requests, and hire/supervise contractors (up to 50 people across trades).
