Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Partner Experiences in the Global Payments Network by co-creating innovative solutions and driving product strategy outcomes.
  • •Oversee and optimize product design execution across interaction, visual, and service design, and help manage design systems and tool/platform usage.
  • •Build and reinforce a positive, inclusive team environment by setting goals, removing barriers, and training/developing designers.
  • •Shape product direction using deep design expertise and user insights, ensuring alignment across product, tech, and business partners.
  • •Advocate for human-centered methodologies and communicate work across levels using design frameworks, data, and research insights.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 182,500 - 249,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 6 years of experience in a Product Design role.
  • •At least 6 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in a people leadership role.
  • •At least 8 years of experience in a Product Design role (preferred).
  • •Experience leading product design teams and projects and collaborating with product, technology, and business leaders (preferred).
