Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a section of 15 to 20 engineers, providing functional leadership, career guidance, and performance feedback.
  • •Lead digital electronics circuit card assembly design, analysis, test, and documentation for radar-related applications.
  • •Partner with ECAD drafters on stackup definition, pre/post-route simulation (SI/PI), layout, and routing activities.
  • •Plan and execute integration and verification in engineering laboratories; provide product test and troubleshoot support including root-cause failure investigations.
  • •Drive execution to budget and schedule, identify/manage project risks and opportunities, and support hiring and staffing needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a STEM degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience.
