Job Summary

Maintain and optimize clients’ IT infrastructure as a Cross Technology Managed Services (L2) Engineer. Proactively monitor systems, manage work queues, and resolve incidents and requests within SLAs by updating and auditing tickets. Execute changes with risk mitigation, support disaster recovery activities, handle client escalations, and collaborate with L1 engineers and other teams to improve service quality and drive automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively monitor systems, identify issues, and resolve technical incidents and problems as second-level support.
•Manage work queues, address incidents and requests within agreed SLAs, and update tickets with actions taken.
•Execute changes with risk mitigation, contribute to change management with detailed documentation, and audit tickets for quality.
•Handle client escalations professionally, collaborate with teams and clients to resolve problems, and recommend improvements.
•Support disaster recovery functions and tests, and identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency.

Key Requirements

•Moderate-level experience in managed services roles supporting cross-technology infrastructure.
•Knowledge of ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
•Familiarity with ITIL processes and experience working with vendors/third parties.
•Ability to plan activities/projects while adapting to changing circumstances.
•Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
