Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct diagnostics to understand gaps and improvement areas in current Yield Analysis solutions and ways of working.
  • •Work with Industry 4.0 solution end users to design and define requirements for I4.0 and Yield Management System adoption.
  • •Optimize and standardize tools and processes with central team business partners to scale solutions across sites.
  • •Develop business cases including impact validation approach, ROI, and prioritize/propose projects for implementation.
  • •Lead cross-functional projects requiring coordination and resource management with solution architects, data scientists/engineers, and machine learning engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of work experience in Assembly/Test Process Engineering or similar operations functions.
  • •Familiarity with Yield Management processes, systems, and solutions for high volume and high mix production.
  • •Proven ability to work multi-functionally with peers and senior/mid-level management.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to lead and present to small and large groups.
  • •Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and the ability to remain flexible to changing business needs.
