Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and manage R&D resources to complete projects on-time, on-cost, and on-quality.
  • •Achieve profit plan goals for the CPC R&D team and manage R&D schedules, product cost, and project budgets.
  • •Collaborate with other CPC functions and the global Design Center team to drive project design, including NPD, VAVE, and localization.
  • •Manage projects owned by the Industrial Control Division US and coordinate activities with global design centers.
  • •Manage direct reports (performance reviews, merit plan) and build talent in the R&D team to support growth and development.

Key Requirements

  • •BSEE or BSME; MBA or MSME/MSEE is preferred.
  • •Over 10 years’ experience in product design and a minimum of 5 years in a management role.
  • •Project management experience.
  • •Solid electrical hardware design knowledge.
  • •Ability to collaborate across disciplines to find solutions, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
