Key Responsibilities

•Assemble wood reels using hand and power tools according to specifications.
•Keep the reel assembly line going quickly and safely while reporting to the Team Lead.
•Troubleshoot problems and situations, thinking on your feet.
•Make incremental process adjustments, monitor, and report manufactured product quality.
•Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area and perform duties per supervisor/manager, supporting quality and safety policies.

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in a warehousing environment is extremely helpful.
•Work with a “get it done” attitude and urgency to resolve problems and tasks.
•Work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Have working knowledge of products and their quality requirements.
•Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed and perform repetitious duties including standing for long periods.
