Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a subject matter expert on how Federal Civilian customers leverage Salesforce Marketing solutions.
  • •Own the end-to-end sales cycle for the full Salesforce Marketing technology stack, including lead generation, deal strategy, pricing and packaging, and deal closure support.
  • •Generate new business opportunities via networking, cold-calling, and prospecting in current Salesforce customers.
  • •Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • •Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas for a specified region and/or named accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of full cycle enterprise software or technology sales experience.
  • •Proven track record in account management, preferably selling into Federal Civilian accounts (specifically DOT and Dept of Education).

  • •Experience selling Marketing technology is a plus.
  • •Self-motivated with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
