Key Responsibilities

•Manage and develop a Supply Chain team (5-10 people) including setting objectives, coaching, and recruitment to ensure alignment with business needs
•Ensure organizational structure and teams are appropriate for business challenges and goals
•Contribute to the S&OP process to build scenarios aligned with activities under their scope
•Ensure deployment of industrial processes and practices in line with transformation efforts within allocated budget
•Drive evolution of the repair line by overseeing logistics and financial performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives across Quality/Costs/Delays

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in an industrial supply chain with repair lines and prior managerial experience
•Bachelor’s degree or higher (Engineer/Master 2)
•English proficiency in speaking and writing
•Proven expertise in continuous improvement tools (Lean, Gemba Walks, PDCA) and in piloting transformation initiatives
•Strong ability to lead a team of 5-10, manage objectives, recruitment, and budgetary constraints
