Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the data science and AI/ML practice roadmap to align with firm objectives and market trends.
  • •Engage with clients to understand business challenges and co-design customized data science and AI/ML solutions.
  • •Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, data engineers, and AI specialists to drive successful delivery.
  • •Oversee design, development, and implementation of AI/ML solutions and ensure integration into existing systems and workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master's) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Ability to develop and execute a strategic roadmap for a Data Science and AI/ML practice aligned to business objectives and market trends.
  • •Experience leading and mentoring teams of data scientists and AI/ML specialists, including guiding project scoping, resource allocation, and technical direction.
  • •Ability to oversee the design, development, and implementation of AI/ML solutions and integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing systems and workflows.
