Job Summary

Lead the Data Science and AI/ML practice by defining strategy, engaging with clients, and delivering tailored AI/ML solutions that drive business transformation. Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute the data science and AI/ML practice roadmap to align with firm objectives and market trends.
•Engage with clients to understand business challenges and co-design customized data science and AI/ML solutions.
•Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, data engineers, and AI specialists to drive successful delivery.
•Oversee design, development, and implementation of AI/ML solutions and ensure integration into existing systems and workflows.
•Drive thought leadership and pre-sales support, including RFP/RFI responses, presentations, go-to-market strategies, and industry event participation.

Key Requirements

•Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master's) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
•Ability to develop and execute a strategic roadmap for a Data Science and AI/ML practice aligned to business objectives and market trends.
•Experience leading and mentoring teams of data scientists and AI/ML specialists, including guiding project scoping, resource allocation, and technical direction.
•Ability to oversee the design, development, and implementation of AI/ML solutions and integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing systems and workflows.
•Strong client engagement skills to advise on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and to support pre-sales activities including RFP/RFI responses and presentations.
