Build AI-native systems for BJAK’s AI Neobank app, creating AI agents, workflows, tools, and automations that automate real customer, product, and operations processes. Apply LLMs, retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, and guardrails to practical financial workflows, and design AI-assisted experiences for onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, and document handling. Partner with product and engineering to ship quickly while addressing accuracy, hallucination risk, latency, cost, security, compliance, and user trust.

Key Responsibilities

•Build AI agents, workflows, tools, and automations that solve customer, product, and operations problems.
•Apply LLMs, retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, guardrails, and automation to practical financial workflows.
•Create AI-assisted experiences for onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, operations, document handling, and product intelligence.
•Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify what is worth building and iterate quickly in production.
•Design AI solutions around constraints including accuracy, hallucination risk, latency, cost, security, compliance, and user trust.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on engineering ability to build production AI systems, not just AI strategy or management experience.
•Experience building AI agents, LLM apps, RAG systems, automation workflows, copilots, or AI-enabled tools.
•Strong coding skills in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or a similar practical stack.
•Judgement on what should be automated versus kept manual.
•Ability to ship working systems, test quality, and improve reliability over time.
