Deliver excellent customer service on the sales floor in line with PUMA values and service standards. Drive individual performance to meet or exceed sales, KPI, and profitability targets. Handle fast, accurate, and secure checkout transactions, maintain store cleanliness and order, and follow visual merchandising guidelines. Execute receiving and dispatching of goods, continuously look for ways to improve goods flow, and communicate ideas to your team.
