Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day customer engineering and technical support for satellite operations.
  • •Respond to engineering/operations questions and provide guidance for off-nominal situations.
  • •Lead anomaly investigations and coordinate response teams for critical anomalies.
  • •Manage tasking and priorities across a portfolio of customers and satellites, including RCCA.
  • •Engage in customer asset monitoring, support operations improvements, share best practices, and provide product-performance feedback to program teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance with U.S. Citizenship required; final U.S. Top Secret clearance post-start required.
  • •Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
  • •3+ years of experience in Space/Satellite systems.
  • •1+ years of experience working with Real-time Satellite or Space Systems Operations.
  • •3+ years of experience with propulsion GNC, Avionics design/integration, and 1+ year interacting directly with external customers.
