•Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, maintain efficient operational processes, and foster continuous talent development.
•Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations.
•Develop talent through recruiting, retention, succession planning, and internal mobility.
