Provide timely, accurate completion of client transactions while maintaining proper handling of assigned monies. Deliver superior client service by identifying financial needs, performing both complex and standardized transactions, and educating clients on digital self-service solutions such as ATMs, online, and mobile banking. Support outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM), assist with new account openings and problem resolution, and follow internal controls, risk management, and branch leadership routines.
