Key Responsibilities

  • •Support delivery of retail, commercial, and corporate workplace fit-out projects across the project lifecycle.
  • •Assist Project Managers with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction administration, furniture installation, and project close-out.
  • •Coordinate project information and communications between clients, consultants, contractors, landlords, vendors, and internal teams.
  • •Assist with development and maintenance of project schedules, action logs, risk registers, and project budgets; help identify and escalate risks and issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • •3-5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, construction administration, or a related role.
  • •Experience supporting retail, commercial, workplace, corporate interiors, tenant improvement, or fit-out projects (preferred).
  • •Understanding of construction project lifecycles plus project controls, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration.
  • •Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project documentation; coordinate consultants, contractors, and multiple stakeholder groups.
