Sr. Project Developer

Support acquisition of turnkey design-build and energy performance contracting (ESPC) projects for an Energy Services Company (ESCO). Work with internal teams and customers to scope projects, develop concepts, perform engineering analysis and cost estimating, and quantify energy savings with Energy Engineers. Help prepare RFQs (scope, milestones, specs, permitting and bonding), manage design from conceptual through construction documents, and validate and improve acquisition processes while transitioning projects to execution.
