Job Summary

Maintain and repair industrial printing machinery to keep production running safely and efficiently. You’ll perform PMs, clean and lubricate printers, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic issues, and document repairs and maintenance. The role includes conducting pre-use and pre-start safety inspections (LOTO, PPE), ensuring ISO/GMP compliance, supporting equipment safety checks/change control, and identifying quality or procedural improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Report to front line leadership and work as a team member to achieve plant and departmental goals.
•Perform PMs, cleaning, and lubrication of printers.
•Modify, repair, and rebuild printing machinery and equipment.
•Visually inspect and troubleshoot problem machines to identify malfunctions, and document repairs/maintenance.
•Ensure safe operation through inspections, LOTO/PPE compliance, ISO/GMP standards, and completion of safety/change-control documentation.

Key Requirements

•High school graduate or equivalent (technical school or Associates preferred) with 1–4 years industrial manufacturing experience.
•Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skill sets for printing machinery and equipment.
•Ability to read and interpret diagrams, equipment manuals, and work orders.
•Capable of physical mobility and lifting up to 35 lbs while following safety procedures.
•Capable of complying with safety requirements, including PPE use and LOTO, with the ability to maintain attendance and work required overtime.
