Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide server-side maintenance, support, and troubleshooting for high-availability messaging services and integrations in an M365 hybrid environment.
  • •Administer and support Microsoft 365 services day to day, including Exchange Online, Exchange on-premises servers, and Microsoft Teams.
  • •Set up and manage archiving, retention policies, journal rules, and conduct eDiscovery for legal holds.
  • •Configure and manage email security controls (anti-spam, anti-malware, anti-phishing) and implement security and compliance settings, including DLP engineering and administration.
  • •Monitor and report on system performance and usage; handle incidents/escalations, perform security audits, and support server health checks, patching, and backups.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 workloads.
  • •Strong knowledge of M365 services and features, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and Security & Compliance.
  • •Ability to configure, manage, and troubleshoot Exchange Online, Exchange on-premises servers, and Microsoft Teams.
  • •Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; Microsoft 365 certification is preferred.
