Key Responsibilities

•Lead, develop, and grow a team of software development engineers focused on new IP generations test planning, test cases development, pre-silicon emulation, post-silicon bring-up and cross-IP debugging support.
•Set team priorities, execution plans, and own milestone deliveries of high-quality IP diagnostic test suites aligned with program teams and organizational goals.
•Build team capability through hiring, coaching, performance management, and talent development.
•Identify risks early, drive mitigation plans, and communicate execution status clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
•Drive cross-functional collaboration with architecture, silicon design, firmware, platform, manufacturing, and program teams.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in software or firmware development, with several years in leading a development team.
•Proven ability to lead cross-functional execution across priorities and milestones, and collaborate with diverse teams.
•Strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
•Experience in software and/or firmware development with proficiency in C/C++ and Linux-based development environments.
