Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead MEP commission and cost management deliverables, supporting feasibility studies, procurement reports, and early cost planning.
  • •Perform estimating and produce/present final cost plans to internal and external clients.
  • •Manage tendering and procurement (single and two stage), including pre-qualification stage activities.
  • •Handle post-contract cost variances, change control processes, and ensure timely cost checks and valuations.
  • •Produce monthly post-contract cost reports, support value engineering inputs, interface with clients and consultants, and negotiate and agree final accounts (including leading a cost management team where appropriate).
