Senior Cost Manager (MEP) - Real Estate

Lead Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) cost management deliverables for real estate projects, either within larger programmes or on direct MEP commissions such as asset upgrades. Own early budgets, estimating and cost planning; manage tendering, procurement, feasibility inputs, and pre-qualification. Track and report post-contract variances, support change control, drive value engineering inputs, and negotiate final accounts while presenting monthly cost reports to clients.
