Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate and monitor financial performance of properties securing loans serviced by KeyBank.
  • •Review and analyze operating statements, identifying changes in income, expenses, or other significant issues and escalating as needed.
  • •Review rent rolls, noting tenant defaults, major lease expirations, and other significant changes and escalating as needed.
  • •Correspond with borrowers to receive required documentation as scheduled.
  • •Assist Surveillance Analyst with watch list commentary and support annual property inspections.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18 - 23.08 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Coursework in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or Accounting
  • •Completed “Junior” year of college (or equivalent credit hours) or is in Graduate school
  • •GPA minimum requirement of 3.2
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • •Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent oral and written communication
