Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed with key customers to understand onboarding, KYB, and compliance workflows; translate pain points into technical solutions (custom integrations, new API endpoints, or workflow tweaks).
  • •Design and deploy customer-specific configurations, integrations with third-party compliance/identity vendors, and custom data pipelines from scoping to production.
  • •Bring customer insights back to the core product team and help shape the roadmap based on field observations.
  • •Debug production issues in real time and troubleshoot complex vendor integrations across 80+ providers.
  • •Turn one-off solutions into reusable patterns and write internal tooling, docs, and runbooks to speed future deployments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping production systems.
  • •Strong backend fundamentals with proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or Node.js; experience with REST APIs, microservices, and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
  • •Customer-facing comfort; ability to translate business language into technical requirements
  • •Bias toward action; ownership mindset; comfortable with ambiguity
  • •Cloud experience with AWS (preferred), GCP, or Azure; CI/CD, Docker, and modern deployment practices
