Field Warranty Performance Manager

Lead field warranty operations to improve product and service reliability while reducing warranty costs. Monitor warranty performance metrics, identify trends, and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Partner with service teams, dealers, and distributors to ensure compliant warranty practices, and evaluate service provider performance. Develop training and communications for field teams, provide feedback to engineering and product management, and report warranty insights to leadership.
