Key Responsibilities

  • •Process equipment and materiel turn-ins from U.S. Army units in accordance with AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DA PAM 710-2-1.
  • •Verify turn-in documentation accuracy and completeness and conduct visual inspections with correct condition codes (A–H).
  • •Ensure timely, accurate entries into Army logistics systems and maintain accountability throughout the turn-in process.
  • •Support inventory reconciliation, discrepancy research, property adjustments, audits, and Property Accountability Reviews (PARs).
  • •Safely store and stage equipment, operate material handling equipment (MHE), and follow Army and OSHA standards for HAZMAT handling and workplace safety.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of logistics, warehousing, or supply experience (Army or contractor environment preferred).
  • •Knowledge of Army logistical functions and familiarity with Army turn-in, supply, or property accountability operations.
  • •Ability to interpret and process supply documentation (DA and DD forms) with strong attention to detail and recordkeeping.
  • •Proficiency in Army supply and property regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1) and Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP).
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and meet public trust background eligibility; must have a REAL ID and a valid driver’s license with proof of vehicle insurance.
