Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
  • •Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, minimize costs, and maximize productivity, including optimizing warehouse layout and space utilization.
  • •Manage inventory control (cycle counts, stock replenishment/rotation, inventory tracking) and coordinate transfers between warehouse locations.
  • •Supervise distribution and logistics, including transportation timing, outbound shipment logistics (carrier selection, route planning, documentation), and resolving delivery issues.
  • •Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff; establish schedules, manage timecards, monitor labor productivity, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure safety/quality compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3-5 years of prior shipping and receiving experience, with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
