Director, Recruiting

Develop and execute recruiting plans for a defined segment of the recruitment organization, leading direct and indirect teams responsible for sourcing and converting candidates to fill open roles. Partner with business clients, consult on recruiting needs, and drive strategic recruiting planning for assigned business units. Own recruiting metrics across volume, quality, and cost, and support cross-functional initiatives through program management as a data lead when needed.
