Lead medium-to-high complexity programs and portfolios for strategic financial institution clients, ensuring commitments are delivered with strong client satisfaction and long-term partnership value. Own client objectives and success metrics, build integrated program plans, and manage scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, and delivery schedules. Serve as program owner, advise clients with best-fit solutions, champion the voice of the customer, and provide data-driven executive reporting while influencing cross-functional teams.
