Job Summary

Lead the motion design vision for BJAK’s UK marketing and product content—owning animation and motion graphics from storyboards to final delivery. Collaborate with UK Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate brand objectives into compelling explainers, social content, and digital ads. Mentor junior motion designers, troubleshoot production and visual effects issues, and help build reusable templates and motion design systems using modern motion tools and emerging VFX/3D techniques.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for UK marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising.
•Conceptualize storyboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with UK brand objectives while maintaining visual consistency and technical quality.
•Work closely with UK Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate objectives into motion-driven content.
•Mentor junior motion designers and guide creative execution for UK projects; present design concepts to stakeholders.
•Oversee motion production end-to-end, develop reusable templates/motion design systems, manage multiple projects, and troubleshoot animation, rendering, or VFX issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 32,000 - 50,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field.
•5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production.
•Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro; Cinema 4D and Blender are a plus.
•Strong storytelling, timing, and visual composition skills.
•Proven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams toward impactful visual outcomes; include a portfolio/showreel.
