•Document current-state and future-state workflows to ensure the design meets desired outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 191,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, SDR Operations, Business Operations, or process/program management in a similar industry.
•Proven ability to design and improve cross-functional GTM processes across the go-to-market lifecycle (Lead to Opportunity).
•Strong understanding of CRM and GTM systems, including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, PowerBi, and Lean Data.
•Ability to convert ambiguous business needs into structured requirements, process maps, and executable plans.
•Strong analytical skills to use data to identify issues, measure impact, and support decision-making.
