Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the main technical adviser on site, ensuring works comply with specifications, QC procedures, and K&A standards.
  • •Process and manage daily site information including submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings, and forward RFIs/approvals as needed.
  • •Conduct site inspections to confirm works match approved shop drawings and standards, and prepare regular progress reports.
  • •Support project managers with client relations and clarifications on technical and contractual issues, and organize third-party inspections as needed.
  • •Coordinate document readiness and compliance by following up with contractors for contract documents and approved-authority copies; supervise filing and archiving of supervision files.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Engineering.
  • •8+ years of experience in an engineering function in a contracting company or construction supervision function.
  • •Experience within the Middle East.
  • •Knowledge of construction supervision services and understanding of international engineering standards and codes.
  • •Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English, with strong communication, leadership, planning, and attention-to-detail skills.
