•Help optimize ByteDance LIVE business and support the LIVE experience for billions of users.
•Apply machine learning models to improve LIVE revenue and LIVE content quality.
•Participate in product/business discussions, analyze user behavior patterns, and propose optimization directions.
•Develop model-driven and data-driven approaches to improve LIVE operations efficiency and effectiveness.
•Build models to automate intelligent operations and help detect and handle inappropriate user behavior and business anomalies.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science or an engineering quantitative field.
•Familiar with common machine learning and deep learning algorithms such as DNN, NLP, and CV.
•Experience with at least one of Flink, Spark, or Hive, including big data parallel processing.
•Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a solid math foundation (probability/statistics, numerical optimization).
•Preferred: experience with large-scale recommend/advertising systems, risk control systems, or LLMs.
